The hotel is just a few steps from the iconic Piazza San Marco and a pleasant walk from the Bridge of Sighs, making it an ideal spot for exploring the city's rich history and culture. I loved relaxing in my cozy room that had a mini patio for breakfast, allowing me to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere amidst the bustling city.

Room size felt cramped for luggage!!! Shower stalls were uncomfortably small, making it difficult to use properly!!! It would be better if noise insulation between walls could be improved!!!

We enjoyed our stay in the Annex. the charming breakfast experience in a cozy kitchen and the spacious yet intimate double room were highlights. Definitely would revisit!

A fantastic experience with a beautifully appointed triple room, providing privacy and cleanliness. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even arranging breakfast in-room when needed. The location is prime, with great restaurants and shops just outside the door. However, the breakfast choices were limited, and some areas required navigating stairs, which might not suit everyone. Despite that, the warm hospitality and excellent air conditioning made for an enjoyable stay.

The place is pretty close to all the main attractions. Staff was friendly and cleaning rooms every day, also fresh towels. It felt clean and tidy.

My mom and I stayed for 4 nights and loved it! The location is perfect—just a short walk to St Mark's Square. Our triple room was lovely, super clean, and had great air conditioning. Breakfast was nice, although limited. Only wish there were more hooks in the room for coats. Staff went above and beyond for us!

It was just a good match for a weekend trip in Venice with good value for price. The location couldn't be better, very close to the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Avoid the breakfast as it’s not worth the price. there are better options nearby.

locanda al leon bed & breakfast has an amazing central location, just a short walk from saint marks. our double room annex was clean and well presented. we loved the friendly breakfast service, and the ample food made for a great start to our day. the fast wifi was a nice bonus, too!

The room lacked some basic amenities such as tea and coffee-making facilities.

We enjoyed the gorgeous canal views while exploring nearby St Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace. The hotel had a cozy vibe, and we really appreciated the friendly staff who provided great tips. Just a heads up, the stairs can be a bit of a workout, so pack light!

One downside was the shower, it felt a bit cramped. I wish it had been more spacious for comfort.
